The terms that apply to this website and to a booking made through it.
About this site
This website is published by Sea Horizon Ltd, 2 Seagrape Drive, San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize. We keep the descriptions and photographs on it as accurate as we can. Photographs show the hotel and its rooms; rooms of the same type may differ slightly in layout, furnishings and outlook.
Bookings, rates and availability
Rooms are booked through our booking engine at live.ipms247.com, which is linked from every Book Now button. Rates, availability, taxes and any fees are shown there at the time of booking, in the currency displayed. Nothing on these pages is an offer or a guaranteed price — your booking is confirmed only when the booking engine sends you a confirmation.
Cancellation, deposits and changes
Full payment is required at the time of booking. A booking cancelled within 24 hours of being made is cancelled free of charge; after 24 hours, no refund is given. There are no refunds for no-shows or for unused nights, and no refunds for airline delays, strikes, political unrest or acts of God, including hurricanes. Where the rate you select on the booking page shows a different cancellation policy, that policy applies instead. Arrival and departure
Check-in and check-out times are shown on the booking page. Early check-in and early check-out are on request — please contact the front desk; additional fees may apply, and we reserve the right to charge an early departure fee if you leave before your booked departure date. If you are arriving late, tell us in advance.
Staying with us
Guests are responsible for damage or loss they cause to the property. Please treat the pool, the common areas and your neighbours with care; we may ask a guest who does not to leave. Items left behind are kept for a reasonable period if you tell us promptly.
Third-party services
Links to the booking engine, WhatsApp, Google Maps and any other outside service are provided for convenience. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Governing law
These terms, and any stay at Sea Horizon, are governed by the laws of Belize.
