What happens to your information when you use this website or book a room with us.
The short version
This website is a set of plain pages about our hotel. It has no contact form, no account system and no advertising trackers. We use your booking and contact details only to arrange and look after your stay.
Booking
The Book Now buttons take you to our booking engine at live.ipms247.com, which is operated for us by the company that supplies our property-management software. Anything you type there — your name, contact details, dates and payment information — is handled by that provider on our behalf, under their own privacy and security terms. We receive your reservation details so we can hold your room and welcome you on arrival.
Contacting us
If you phone, send a WhatsApp message or email us, we keep that message and your contact details for as long as we need them to answer you and to look after your stay.
Cookies and third parties
These pages set no cookies of their own. Two third-party services are loaded by the pages themselves:
- Google Fonts — the typefaces used on this site are requested from Google's servers, so Google may record your IP address and browser details as part of serving them.
- Google Maps — the map on the contact page is an embedded Google map, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads.
Our booking engine and any payment processor behind it set their own cookies once you reach the booking page.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once your stay and any related records no longer require it. Write to hello@seahorizonltd.com or call +501 226-4900.
